Each time I post a negative review, the product owner reports it, leading to its deletion. I’m then forced to provide extensive evidence to TrustPilot. This repetitive process is not only harassing but also skews reviews on TrustPilot, creating an artificial influx of positive reviews. The last instance required me to submit several pieces of evidence, making the entire experience frustrating and seemingly counterproductive.
